Students and working adults interested in careers in Shimane can meet local employers at an Osaka event on December 5. The Shimane Corporate EXPO is scheduled for 2 to 7:15 p.m. at Congress Square Grand Green Osaka, on the fourth floor of the Grand Green Osaka South Building.
The event is aimed at people considering work in Shimane, including those thinking about returning to the prefecture or moving there. Its format combines employer booths with informal exchange, allowing visitors to learn about working environments from company representatives.
The October 23 prefectural announcement lists about 30 exhibiting companies. The programme includes a Shimane quiz from 2 p.m., company-booth visits from 2:30 to 5 p.m., and an after-event exchange with food and drink from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m. The exchange requires advance booking. 島根県内での就職に関心がある学生や社会人を対象に、12月5日午後2時～7時15分、大阪市のグラングリーン大阪南館4階「コングレスクエア グラングリーン大阪」で「しまね企業EXPO」を開く。県外から島根へのU・Iターンやキャリアを考える人と企業をつなぎ、採用担当者から仕事や職場の雰囲気を聞く機会を設ける。10月23日の県発表では約30社が出展し、午後2時からクイズ、2時30分～5時に企業ブース訪問、5時15分～7時15分に飲食を伴う交流会を予定する。交流会は事前予約が必要。大阪会場の特設サイトで詳細を案内している。
