Yamagata has published its fourth fiscal 2026 forecast of construction works and related commissioned services, dated October 23. Its procurement page also lists an October 23 update for the prefecture’s enterprise bureau.
These forecasts describe plans at the date of publication. The prefecture says project outlines may change when work is actually ordered, and contracts not listed in the forecast may also be issued.
The page separates the regular forecast, published six times a year, from recovery works linked to the heavy rain of July 25, 2024. It also explains that renovation and renewal works at the prefecture’s four regional sewerage treatment plants are procured through the Japan Sewage Works Agency. The update does not itself announce contract awards or guarantee the timing of individual orders.
山形県、建設工事等の10月発注見通しを公表
山形県は10月23日、2026年度の建設工事・関連業務委託の第4回発注見通しを公表し、企業局分も同日付で更新した。見通しは公表時点の予定で、実際の発注時に案件概要が変わったり、未掲載案件が発注されたりする場合がある。通常分は年6回公表し、2024年7月25日からの大雨災害復旧工事とは分けて掲載。県管理の山形・村山・置賜・庄内の流域下水道処理場の改築更新工事等は日本下水道事業団から発注されると説明している。契約成立や個別発注時期の確約ではない。
