Students can hear directly from Miyazaki employers in an online event on November 28 and 29. The prefecture’s October 19 update lists 61 participating companies and organisations, including public agencies.
Each employer has a 20-minute session in Zoom webinar format. Participants can keep cameras and microphones off and ask questions through chat; applications using a nickname are also possible. The main audience is university, graduate, junior-college and vocational students due to graduate in March 2028 or later, with participation possible from the first year of study.
The event uses informal conversations between a presenter and employer representatives to explore working life, including younger employees’ experiences and work-life balance. It is intended to help students discover companies and possible internship destinations, with session schedules and registration available on the linked event website.
