Employers and personnel managers in Gunma can attend a free seminar on employing foreign staff in Maebashi on November 2, 2026. The session runs from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the Gunma Industrial Technology Center, with 100 places allocated in application order.
The prefecture describes the event as support for businesses facing questions about residence status, employment procedures and staff retention. It is aimed both at businesses already employing foreign workers and those considering doing so. The program includes a lawyer’s presentation, an introduction to prefectural initiatives and information about a free basic assessment service for employers. Each attendee must register separately through the form linked by the prefecture, which lists November 2 as the application deadline.
