Gunma businesses can book free consultations on employing and retaining foreign workers on November 11. The programme provides up to 30 minutes per business, with eight companies accepted for each session date on a first-come basis.
The consultations cover hiring procedures, residence-status paperwork, the work foreign employees may undertake and support after recruitment. They are advice sessions with an administrative scrivener, rather than a job-introduction or recruitment-matching service.
Online appointments run from 9:30 a.m. to noon. In-person consultations take place from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in a meeting room at the prefectural government’s Showa Building in Maebashi. Appointment times may be adjusted.
Eligible applicants are businesses in the prefecture that are considering or already employing foreign workers. Supervising organisations and registered support organisations are asked not to apply. Applications go through the linked online form and close one week before each date; availability and the appointment time are confirmed after coordination.

群馬県は、県内で外国人材の採用を検討中、または既に雇用している事業者を対象に、11月11日に無料の個別相談会を開く。行政書士が採用手続き、在留資格、従事できる仕事、採用後の定着等の相談に応じるもので、人材紹介・あっせんは行わない。1事業者30分以内、各回8社で先着順。午前9時30分～正午はオンライン、午後1時30分～4時は前橋市の県庁昭和庁舎内会議室で対面相談を実施する。相談時刻を調整する場合がある。監理団体・登録支援機関は申込対象から除く。リンク先の申込フォームで各回1週間前まで受け付け、対応可否・時刻は調整後に連絡する。
