Matsuyama will open online preliminary registration on October 30, 2026 for competitive bidding on four municipal land parcels. Registration through KSI’s government auction system runs from 1 p.m. that day to November 17 at 2 p.m.
Online registration is only one part of the public-property sale procedure. Applicants must then submit documents to the city, with office submission closing at 5 p.m. on November 17 and mailed applications accepted with that day’s postmark. A bid deposit is also required by a city-set date. Bidding is scheduled for December 1 at 1 p.m. to December 8 at 1 p.m., and bids can be submitted only once.
