Gunma is accepting bids or quotations until noon on October 28 for election-awareness calendars and five categories of routine supplies. The opportunities were published on October 21 through its open-counter procurement process.
The printing work covers desk and poster calendars for the prefecture’s election-awareness poster competition. Goods listed separately include aluminium carriers, boots, protective clothing, mesh containers and pocket tissues for drug-abuse prevention publicity.
The notice targets eligible small and medium-sized suppliers registered with the prefecture and having their head office or designated sales office in Gunma. The open-counter process uses different procedures for printing and goods: the calendar work is a simplified competitive tender, while the listed purchases seek quotations. Printing bids must be delivered or posted; the goods quotations can also be emailed under the notice’s specified conditions.
