Asahikawa is seeking a single operator for the Shin-Asahikawa, Nagayama and Kagura Ikiiki centres from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. Applications for individual facilities are not accepted: the three centres form one management package.
The centres provide consultations, functional-recovery training, educational classes and activities connecting different generations. The operator will also handle facility-use applications and maintenance.
Eligible organisations must have their principal office in Asahikawa, subject to the detailed requirements. Business plans are due by 5 p.m. on December 9, 2026. An applicant briefing starts at 2 p.m. on November 10; registration closes at 5 p.m. on November 6. Negotiations and a city-assembly designation decision precede the basic agreement.
旭川市、いきいきセンター3施設一体の指定管理者を募集
旭川市は、いきいきセンター新旭川・永山・神楽の3施設を一体で運営する指定管理者を募集している。指定期間は2027年4月1日～2030年3月31日で、単独施設への応募はできない。相談、機能回復訓練、教養講座、世代間交流などを担う。市内に主たる事業所を置く法人等が対象で、事業計画書は2026年12月9日午後5時まで。11月10日午後2時の説明会への申込は11月6日午後5時が期限。協議と市議会の指定議決を経て基本協定を結ぶ。
