Kyoto is seeking about ten organisations to offer hands-on exhibits at its health fair on December 12. Applications close at 5 p.m. on November 6, with exhibits planned at KBS Hall in Kyoto from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event aims to give visitors a starting point for thinking about health through measurement activities and public radio recording. Proposed booths must accommodate a wide range of visitors, including older people, children and people with disabilities, with appropriate safety arrangements and handling of any personal information collected.
There is no participation fee, but exhibitors pay their own transport, staffing and other expenses. Teams should generally comprise at least three people and keep at least one staff member at the booth throughout. Applications require the specified forms and an organisation profile, followed by telephone confirmation after email submission. Selection results are expected around mid-November; acceptance is subject to review.
京都府、12月12日の健康フェスタ出展団体を募集
京都府は12月12日午前10時～午後4時に京都市のKBSホールで開く健康フェスタで、測定などを体験できる約10団体の出展を募集している。締切は11月6日午後5時。健康づくりを考えるきっかけとなる測定体験や公開ラジオ収録を予定し、高齢者・子ども・障害のある人への配慮、安全対策、取得する個人情報の適切な管理を求める。出展料は無料だが輸送費・人件費等は出展者負担。原則3人程度以上の体制で、常時1人以上を配置する。指定書類と団体概要をメール提出後、電話確認が必要。審査による可否通知は11月中旬頃を予定。
