Aichi Prefecture is asking companies and corporate groups about potential uses for approximately 72,600 square metres occupied by its fire academy in Owariasahi. Applications to join the exercise are due by email on November 27, 2026. The academy is scheduled to relocate in April 2029 alongside completion of the first phase of a regional disaster-response base.
This market-sounding exercise gathers views on demand, the site’s value and conditions for its use. The published schedule places discussions between October 27, 2026 and January 29, 2027.
