Aichi Prefecture is warning visitors to allow for road congestion around Forest Park during Owariasahi’s Asahi Festa on October 31. The festival is scheduled for 10 a.m.–4 p.m. in the park’s general recreation area. The prefecture posted the notice on October 29.
Event booths will reduce available parking. Free shuttle and circulating buses are planned from Meitetsu Owariasahi Station and temporary parking areas. The event combines five previously separate city festivals, including agricultural and fire-service programmes. The notice forecasts congestion; it does not report that delays have already occurred or guarantee a particular journey time.

Turning parking space into festival space changes the practical choices for a visit. The bus links are therefore part of understanding the event, not merely an optional extra after choosing a programme. For overseas travellers, checking the station connection can be more useful than assuming that a large park has abundant parking; bus capacity and waiting times remain unverified.

愛知県は10月29日、尾張旭市のあさひフェスタに伴う森林公園周辺の交通混雑を注意喚起した。開催は10月31日10～16時、一般公園エリア。会場出展で駐車可能台数が減るため、名鉄尾張旭駅や臨時駐車場から無料のシャトル・巡回バスを案内する。農業や消防関係など従来の市内5つの祭りをまとめた催し。混雑は予測であり、既に発生した渋滞や所要時間の保証を示してはいない。

駐車に使う空間を催しに使うことで、来場の選択肢も変わる。バス経路は、催しを選んだ後の付加情報というより、訪問計画そのものの一部となる。海外旅行者にも、大きな公園なら駐車場に余裕があると考えるより駅からの接続確認が役立つ。ただし、バスの輸送力や待ち時間は確認できていない。
