Twelve groups working on community development in Toyama’s hilly and mountainous areas will present their activities at a new exchange event on November 27, 2026. The free gathering runs from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the prefectural government’s fourth-floor hall in Toyama city; reception starts at 1 p.m.
The event is intended to share local initiatives, practical ideas and challenges, and help participants build connections. Alongside short group introductions, the program includes booth discussions, a session to share what participants learned and an optional networking session. Residents, students, newcomers, local officials and others interested in community development may attend. Capacity is 100 people, with places allocated in application order through the form linked in the announcement.
富山県、中山間地域の12団体が交流する初の催し
富山県は2026年11月27日13時30分～16時30分、県庁4階大ホールで中山間地域の情報交換会を初開催する。県内の地域づくりに取り組む12団体が出展し、活動紹介やブース交流などで工夫・課題を共有する。無料、定員100人で先着順。地域住民、学生、移住者、行政職員など、まちづくりに関心のある人が対象。
