Aichi has launched a free online portal for small and medium-sized businesses seeking help with digital technology. The Aichi Digital Navigate Portal 2026 brings together support programmes run by national, prefectural and municipal authorities and other support organisations.
The site also provides archived videos and materials from the prefecture’s 2026 digital-use seminars for small businesses. It is operated by a contractor commissioned by the prefecture.
The prefecture says digital support information has been scattered across different organisations, making it difficult for companies to identify suitable measures. The portal is intended to give firms one place to explore options as they respond to labour shortages and changing business conditions. Free access to the information does not mean that every programme listed has the same fees or eligibility rules.

愛知県は、県内中小企業向けに無料の「愛知県デジタルナビゲートポータル2026」を公開した。国・県・市町村・支援機関などのデジタル化支援策をまとめ、県が2026年度に実施した中小企業デジタル活用セミナーの動画と資料も掲載する。県の委託事業者が運営する。支援情報が分散し、自社に合う取組を選びにくい課題に対応し、人手不足や経営環境の変化に向き合う企業が選択肢を探せるようにする。ポータル閲覧が無料という案内で、掲載支援策の料金や資格が共通とは限らない。
