Otaru City warns that its website may be unavailable between 11 p.m. on October 26 and 1 a.m. on October 27 because of server maintenance. Its notice describes possible interruptions during that two-hour window, rather than confirming that the entire site will be offline throughout.
The city’s AI chatbot will remain accessible through its official LINE account during the maintenance, the notice says. This provides a separate route to the chatbot when access through the municipal website is disrupted.
