The public can apply on the day to observe Aichi’s National Health Insurance council meeting on November 6, 2026. Ten places are available, with a lottery if more people apply.
The meeting runs from 1 to 3 p.m. in room 801 of the Aichi Sannomaru government building in Nagoya. Observer registration is at the venue between 12:30 and 12:50 p.m. People requesting Braille materials, sign-language interpretation or summary transcription because of visual or hearing impairments must submit the specified support form by October 30.
The council has considered important matters in the prefecture’s health-insurance administration since its establishment in March 2017. Planned agenda items include a midterm revision of the operating policy and calculations for the 2027 fiscal year. This is a discussion of administration, not an announcement of final insurance charges.

愛知県は11月6日午後1時～3時、名古屋市中区の県三の丸庁舎801会議室で国民健康保険運営協議会を開く。一般傍聴は当日午後0時30分～0時50分に会場で受け付け、定員10人を超える場合は抽選。視覚・聴覚障害のため点字資料や手話通訳、要約筆記を希望する場合は、指定の申込書を10月30日までに提出する必要がある。協議会は2017年3月に設置され、国保運営の重要事項を審議する場。今回は運営方針の中間見直し案や2027年度の納付金などの算定を予定し、最終的な保険料を公表したものではない。
