Business owners and human-resources staff can attend a free Shiga seminar on November 26, from 2–4 p.m., at the prefectural offices in Otsu. There are 50 places. Discussions will cover creating work opportunities and using telework for employees with disabilities.
The program addresses job retention—helping people remain in employment after being hired—as well as recruitment. A follow-up company visit on December 10, also from 2–4 p.m. in Otsu, has 20 places restricted to people who attended the first session. Registration is through the prefecture’s online service.

滋賀県は11月26日14～16時、大津市の県庁で企業経営者や人事担当者など向けの無料セミナーを開く。定員50人で、障害者の業務づくりやテレワークを取り上げる。採用だけでなく、就職後も働き続けられるようにする職場定着も目的。12月10日14～16時には大津市で企業見学を行い、対象は初回参加者のみで20人。申込みは県のオンライン受付サービスから。
