群馬県は10月22日、PHPの脆弱性対応に伴い、県ホームページの問い合わせフォームなど一部機能を停止していると発表した。情報ページの閲覧は通常どおり可能。問い合わせフォームはサイトから質問を送るための機能であり、今回の制限は閲覧の停止とは区別される。県は復旧後に改めて知らせるとしており、発表には復旧予定日を示していない。
