Visitors to Asahikawa City Museum can watch traditional Ainu dance and try craft activities on November 3, 2026, when admission and the day’s cultural events will be free. The dance performance runs from 2 to 2:30 p.m. The museum describes the dance as a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property.
Embroidery workshops run from 11 a.m. to noon and from 2 to 3 p.m., with ten places per session. Tickets are distributed on the day from 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. respectively, on a first-come basis. Other activities include clothing try-ons from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a break from noon to 1 p.m. Children in grade three or below must be accompanied by a guardian.

旭川市博物館は2026年11月3日、観覧料とアイヌ文化に関する催しの参加料を無料にします。国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定されているアイヌ古式舞踊は14時〜14時30分。刺しゅう体験は11時〜12時と14時〜15時に各10人で、整理券をそれぞれ10時30分、13時30分から先着配付します。衣装試着は10時〜15時（12時〜13時休止）。小学3年生以下は保護者同伴です。
