Gunma Prefecture is distributing one ¥20,000 Vanilla Visa gift card per eligible household to help low-income single-parent families with rising prices. No application is needed. Eligibility covers recipients of the June 2026 child-rearing allowance who lived in Gunma on June 1 and had applied for the allowance by May 31; people whose allowance payments are suspended are excluded.
Cards are being mailed for in-person delivery between September and November. They must be used by January 31, 2027. The prefecture warns that it will not ask for gift card numbers or bank account details by phone, or ask recipients to operate an ATM.
群馬県、対象のひとり親世帯に2万円分のギフトカード
群馬県は物価高騰への支援として、対象のひとり親世帯に1世帯2万円分のバニラVisaギフトカードを配布しています。申請は不要です。2026年6月分の児童扶養手当を受給し、6月1日時点で県内に住所があり、5月31日までに手当を申請した人が対象で、手当の支給停止中の人は含まれません。9月～11月に対面受取りの郵便で順次届き、使用期限は2027年1月31日です。県は電話でカード番号や銀行口座を尋ねたり、ATM操作を求めたりすることはないと注意を促しています。
