Yamagata is seeking bids for a single advertising space on envelopes used to send its fiscal 2027 vehicle-tax notices. Applications to qualify for the bidding process must arrive by 5 p.m. on November 16, 2026.
The prefecture plans to produce about 335,000 envelopes, although actual mailing numbers will depend on the taxpayers registered on April 1. Dispatch is planned for late April or early May 2027.
The space measures 7 by 17 centimetres and is printed in black. Bids must be at least 553,000 yen, including tax; artwork production costs are separate. Eligible bidders will compete on December 4, with the highest bid determining the successful advertiser, subject to the prefecture’s advertising standards.
山形県、自動車税通知用封筒の広告枠で入札参加者を募集
山形県は2027年度の自動車税納税通知書用封筒の裏面に設ける広告1枠について、入札参加資格の確認申請を11月16日午後5時まで受け付ける。封筒は約33万5千通を作成予定だが、発送数は4月1日時点の納税義務者数で変わる。広告は縦7センチ・横17センチの黒1色で、申込価格は税込55万3千円以上、原稿作成費は別。基準に適合する参加者による12月4日の入札で最高価格の応募者を選ぶ。発送は2027年4月下旬か5月上旬の予定。
