Asahikawa is inviting locally based organisations to apply to manage its northern and eastern senior welfare centres from April 2027. The three-year management period ends on March 31, 2030, and applications must be made separately for each centre.
These centres combine consultations and health-related support with classes, recreation and club activities for older residents. Applicants must have their main office or equivalent principal establishment in the city, subject to the detailed recruitment requirements.
Business plans are due by 5 p.m. on December 9, 2026. An applicant briefing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on November 10 at city hall; registration for that briefing closes at 5 p.m. on November 6. Selection is followed by negotiations and designation by the city assembly before an agreement is concluded.
旭川市、北部・東部老人福祉センターの運営者を募集
旭川市は北部・東部老人福祉センターについて、2027年4月から2030年3月までの指定管理者を募集している。施設ごとの応募が必要で、市内に主たる事業所を置く法人等が対象。センターは相談、健康支援、講座やレクリエーションなどを担う。事業計画書は2026年12月9日午後5時まで。11月10日午前10時の説明会への申込は11月6日午後5時が期限。選定後の協議や市議会の指定議決を経て協定を結ぶ。
