Ten members of the public can observe Miyazaki Prefecture’s health-promotion council meeting on October 28, with places allocated in order of arrival. Registration will be at the venue from 1:30 to 1:50 p.m.; the meeting itself runs from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
The venue is the shared meeting room on the second floor of the prefectural government’s disaster-management building. The agenda covers prefectural initiatives under the third Health Miyazaki Action Plan 21, the work of its subcommittees and the plan’s interim evaluation.
The council discusses basic policies and measures for coordinated health promotion across the prefecture. This is a public policy meeting, with observer and press seating, rather than an individual health-consultation session. The prefecture’s October 23 announcement sets out the arrangements for attending as an observer.
