Gunma has selected a Shibukawa group as its preferred negotiating partner for a project intended to bring children and other generations together through Jomo karuta. The October 22 announcement names the Shibukawa “Adult Jomo Karuta” Executive Committee following a public proposal process.
The project’s original brief calls for local groups to create more opportunities to enjoy Jomo karuta across generations and establish ongoing community activities. Selection is a step toward a contract: the prefecture’s published procedure says the detailed work and payment are settled through negotiation. It also allows talks with the next-ranked applicant if those negotiations fail.
群馬県、子どもの上毛かるた交流事業で優先交渉者を選定
群馬県は10月22日、子どもを中心とする上毛かるたの交流事業について、渋川「大人の上毛かるた」実行委員会を優先交渉者に選んだと公表した。公募型プロポーザルによる選定。事業は地域団体による多世代交流や継続的な活動を目指す。募集時の手続きでは、業務の詳細と委託金額は県との交渉で決まり、交渉がまとまらなければ次点の応募者と協議する場合があるとしている。
