Tochigi’s mushroom cooking contest will hold its final cooking assessment on October 28, 2026, at Utsunomiya Junior College’s Nagasaka campus. Sixteen entries were selected from 509 submissions: eight in the junior category and eight in the general category. The event begins at 9:30 a.m.; junior cooking starts at 10 a.m. and the general category at 1:15 p.m.

栃木県のきのこ料理コンクール本審査が2026年10月28日、宇都宮短期大学長坂キャンパスで行われます。509作品からジュニア・一般各8作品、計16作品が選ばれました。開始は9時30分で、調理はジュニアが10時、一般が13時15分からの予定です。
