Passengers who receive eligible TOKI AIR meal vouchers following flight disruption will be able to use them at two Toriton sushi restaurants near Sapporo Okadama Airport from November, Niigata Keizai Shimbun reported on October 25. The participating branches are Sakaemachi and Fushiko.
The arrangement covers all products at those two restaurants. Voucher holders present the voucher at the register and pay any amount above its face value themselves. No change is given when the bill is smaller; validity details remain subject to the voucher and the airline’s guidance.
The report attributes the partnership to limited dining options inside Okadama Airport during delays and cancellations. It concerns vouchers issued by TOKI AIR for its flights or flights it operates under contract, rather than a meal entitlement for every traveller.
トキエアの食事券、11月から札幌丘珠周辺のトリトン2店舗でも利用可能に
にいがた経済新聞の10月25日報道によると、トキエアは11月から、遅延・欠航などに伴い同社が発行する対象食事券を、札幌丘珠空港周辺の回転寿しトリトン栄町店と伏古店でも使えるようにする。両店の全商品が対象。レジで提示すると券面額を差し引き、超過分は自己負担、券面額未満でも釣り銭は出ない。有効期間などは券と同社の案内で確認する。同紙は、空港内の飲食施設が限られることが連携の背景と伝えている。対象は同社運航便や受託運航便の遅延・欠航などで対象券を受け取った人で、全旅客への食事提供ではない。
