Okayama will hold free seminars on balancing employment with family responsibilities in three cities this November, with recorded viewing also planned. The prefecture updated the application website on October 20.
Sessions run from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.: November 5 at ANA Crowne Plaza Okayama, November 17 at Kurashiki Ivy Square, and November 19 at Tsuyama Kakuzan Hotel. Programmes combine lectures with examples and discussion involving local employers; the Kurashiki event also includes group discussion.
The initiative addresses how workplaces can help people continue their careers through life events such as childcare and eldercare. On-demand access requires advance application and runs November 12–December 3 for Okayama, November 24–December 15 for Kurashiki, and November 26–December 17 for Tsuyama. 岡山県は仕事と家庭を両立できる職場づくりの無料セミナーを11月に3地域で開く。いずれも午後1時30分～4時30分で、岡山は11月5日にANAクラウンプラザホテル、倉敷は17日に倉敷アイビースクエア、津山は19日に津山鶴山ホテルで開催。講演と地元企業の事例・議論を組み合わせ、倉敷ではグループ討議も行う。育児や介護等のライフイベントを迎えてもキャリアを続けられる職場環境を支える取組。オンデマンド配信は事前申込が必要で、岡山11月12日～12月3日、倉敷11月24日～12月15日、津山11月26日～12月17日。10月20日に申込専用サイトが変更されている。
