The affected forms were submitted between September 2025 and October 14, 2026. The intrusion into the Studio service occurred between September 30 and October 1, according to the announcement. Studio fixed the vulnerability on October 13–14. The centre’s operator has contacted people believed to be affected with an apology and warning.
