Matsuyama’s My Number Card Centre will be closed on Sunday, November 22, 2026 because of a national system shutdown, according to the city’s closure notice. December 20 is also listed, followed by the year-end closure from December 29 to January 3.
The centre handles card collection and electronic-certificate renewals. Its regular closure pattern includes the Sunday following the third Saturday of the month, as well as the year-end and New Year period; additional temporary closures are possible. The announcement was updated October 19 and concerns the card centre, rather than every municipal service.
