Ten members of the public can observe a Kyoto prefectural committee meeting on October 30, 2026, as it discusses the final draft of the prefecture’s comprehensive plan. Places at the venue are first come, first served, with no advance application required.
The meeting is scheduled for 3:30–4:30 p.m. at Kyoto Brighton Hotel in Kyoto’s Kamigyo ward. It is the committee’s fourth session. Although the meeting combines in-person and online participation, the notice offers public observation at the venue and does not announce an online viewing service.
The comprehensive plan guides prefectural policymaking, and the committee gathers a range of views during its revision. Kyoto plans to submit the revised final draft to the prefectural assembly in December; the October meeting is not an announcement that the plan has already been adopted.

京都府は10月30日午後3時30分～4時30分、京都市上京区の京都ブライトンホテルで総合計画策定検討委員会の第4回会議を開き、計画の最終案を審議する。一般傍聴は会場で先着10人、事前申込は不要。オンライン併用の会議だが、一般向けのオンライン視聴は案内されていない。総合計画は府政運営の指針で、見直しに幅広い意見を取り入れるための会議となる。改定計画の最終案は12月定例府議会への上程を予定しており、採択済みではない。
