Matsuyama plans to open public comments on a proposed tourism promotion ordinance on October 27, with submissions accepted through November 25. The city announced the timetable on October 20.
Instructions, submission forms and related documents are scheduled to become available from October 27 on the city’s website, at the public reading corner on the main building’s first floor, and at the tourism and international exchange division on its eighth floor.
The consultation gives residents an opportunity to comment on the proposed ordinance as the city prepares it. October 20–26 is the advance-notice period, so the announcement does not mean submissions are already open on October 24. The notice sets out the consultation schedule rather than publishing the ordinance’s substantive provisions.

松山市は観光振興条例案への意見募集を10月27日～11月25日に実施する。10月20日発表の案内によると、実施要領・意見提出書等は27日以降、市ホームページと市役所本館1階の市民閲覧コーナー、8階の観光・国際交流課に設置する。条例策定に当たり、内容を知らせて広く市民の意見を求める手続。10月20～26日は予告期間で、24日時点で受付開始とはしていない。今回の発表は募集日程等で、条例案の具体的な条項は示していない。
